Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
Shipping Time & Delivery
- Standard delivery times range from 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the product ordered.
- Larger furniture items, including sectionals, sofas, and mattresses, may ship via freight or specialized carriers and can take slightly longer.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.
Shipping Locations
- We currently ship to the continental United States.
- Some products are eligible for Canada-wide shipping. Availability and delivery times may vary by item.
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- Select products may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly noted on the product page.
Freight & Large Item Deliveries
- Oversized items may be delivered via curbside freight delivery.
- Curbside delivery includes delivery to the closest accessible point outside your home. Inside delivery, room-of-choice delivery, or assembly are not included unless stated otherwise.
- An adult must be present to receive and inspect freight deliveries.
Order Tracking
- Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.
- Freight shipments may have limited tracking updates until the carrier schedules delivery.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
- Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for replacements or claims.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Additional fees may apply for reshipment if a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
